My medical also got referred:(.I sent a mail to my Co and she told that " medical results for yourself and your child have been referred to the Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC) for clearance" . I dont know what is the reason (no warning from the clinic I did the checkup). what was ur reason? can u share? I was on a prescription medication that I mentioned to be honest. The assessing doc just followed the procedure & marked the case as B and referred to a specialist for further assessment. Onshore medical & offshore medical is bit different I guess. In Australia if someone's medical is referred then sometimes a GP's report is sufficient. My specialist sent the report to Medibank Health solutions and Medibank finalized & uploaded that report. It does't need to pass through the MOC. but visa medical & reporting cost is high here. To get a report I had to spend $550 !!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As I have to stay and work in regional WA but if I get job offer in perth is it permissable to stay. Has anybody done this before, if so then kndly let me know. Mehdi Some of my friends with 475 visa are working in perth city(odd jobs and part time). But they told me that to fulfill 475 , they must live in and work full time in regional area. I have applied for 489 State Sponsored Regional Visa for South Australia.As per the instruction from CO, i sent my PCC, Wife's IELTS and medical reports through Currier service in last week of January, 2013. Everything has done through a agent. My agent did not provide me my password. But he provided all the emails with attachments from CO. I can not see the progress of my application because of the password. Since my TRN(Transaction Reference Number was not in the ehealth System, Med reports sent through Currier and it has been delivered to the destination. So the Case Officer will not respond to your query, rather ask your agent to send an enquiry if you are not hearing anything for 5/6 months. My younger brother is a Aus Citizen and I would like to there, my brother also like to see me in Aus with my family. Few of my friends mean that if I like to be there, my brother should ask visa for my father or mother first, then he can process visa for any of his brother/sister under remaining relative visa cat 835. As I like a new born in this sector, hence I like to have your suggestion/input/guidance. Just let me clear about that whether I can be an applicant in this cat 835 using sponsorship of my brother as my parents are not alive or I should apply under General Skilled Migration category. I have also read out the booklet 4 and found that I can apply as per eligibility criteria. Just to cross-check whether I can do it under this sub-category 835 (remaining relatives) or not.
