2tigers
Hi everyone, I'm heading to Sydney for 6 days in July & need to hire a car from the airport, any suggestions? Thanks
Quoll
The big companies are usually fine - I tend to go with Budget but have also gone Avis and Hertz and they have their specials, the cars are good and clean and they arent that expensive. If you want cheaper then you will probably have to go off site from the airport.

markandtraceyessex
we land on 1st june and have gone with thrifty. competitive price (unlimited mileage, some have 1000 km limit, check this with whoever you use) we also went with them because its 1 way and we wanted to drop car off at a branch near to our rental. website and online booking was pleasent and user friendly, confirmation was emailed to use in seconds. would have gone with hertz but online every vehicle for that morning was gone! we will post up what car was like once we get it! Metoo
Every time I have been to Sydney I have used Avis, been very happy with them and always had unlimited Km's, you soon rack up the k's. Be aware, while my comment is unsupported there may be a loading at the Airport. Check it all out on the web first.
