Sorry I should have explained it a bit, there is no 'decision ready' checklist. Just follow the checklist available on AHC website, provide all documents/evidence/statutory declaration in one go & you should be good. I even submitted my PCC too but couldn't do medical as I did not know me HAP ID. So if you submit everything mention in the checklist + PCC+ Medical then this is Decision Ready file, subject to no further requirement from CO/AHC.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply I was just going through online list of Attached documents and found this option in the Evidence type : Decision Ready Checklist with following sub options: Agent Declaration - evidentiary requirement

Nomination Decision Ready checklist

Other (specify)

Visa Decision Ready Checklist

Just want to know if this is something regarding 309 Visa which can help processining the application.

I have not seen any Decision Ready checklist for Partner Visa really, however, I did read about it for Skilled migration visas which was introduced in order to speed up processing of visa applications. It allowed Migration Agents to lodge complete, ‘decision ready’ applications, which were then priority allocated to a case officer for processing, but this is also not effective now.

Ok, don't stress too much on this. If you have provided all docs from the AHC Isb checklist then you are good.

Hi All,

I have noticed there are no updates for some time, is there any grants recently?

Regards

I suppose everyone is just waiting patiently. I applied online on 3rd May 2015. Biometrics done on 10/05 and medicals completed on 27/05. Haven't received any updates since then. What is your timeline? And did you apply online or sent a paper application?

All documents preloaded. Medical done etc. So far interview is also done 3 weeks go. Some internal checks are going on as they say.

Hopefully, will not take too long.

Hi Bushrahaad,

You have done everything on your part. There is no standard way of dealing with applications, therefore don't stress out. Unfortunately we cannot do much about the wait time except to wait patiently. Even if you try calling the AHC, they will say that the CO will get in touch if they need anything. Having said that, you can always give it a try and contact them regarding your application. You'd be lucky if you get a different reply to their standard response.

I applied for my Wife visa at the end of December and she finally had a call from AHC about a week ago and asked for some documents to be submitted in 7 days which i submitted in 3 days but no contact since than also there were EID holidays.

Are you male applicant or female? Which date did you applied in December. Also did they just interviewed you or your spouse as well.

I am australian citizen, my wife applied for partner visa on 22 april 2015, had interview 3 months ago, submitted additional documents.

I called AHC 4 weeks ago, they reply it is ready for final decision

Any chance that senior migration officer has initiated length checks etc. What is normal response after moving to final decision? thank for your response
