Any visa can be rejected. We would need to know a lot more about your needs in order to give any advice.

Are you looking to live permanently in Australia or just visit for a couple of weeks. Vastly different processes for getting a visa depending on what you want to do once you get it

Please Which of the visas won’t be rejected if you have a woman over there doing it for you to come over

What do you mean by  ".....if you have a woman over there doing it for you to come over"?

Do you mean you have a female partner in Australia sponsoring you?

Do you mean you have a female migration agent in Australia who you are paying for migration advice?

or do you mean some random woman is advising you how to get a visa?

Yes.. I have a female partner living in Brisbane Australia but am here in Nigeria so she said I should find out the easiest way for me to come over.. so that’s why am here

You can apply for  a tourist visa to come and visit her for a few months.  If you want to move permanently, you must qualify for a visa.  If you are married or in an equivalent relationship for a long time, you can apply for a partner visa.  But if you are just boyfriend or girlfriend or just engaged, you cannot.  Otherwise you will have to see if you are eligible for a skilled visa.

She said about this tourist visa that she will apply for it from there... but is there any way she can apply for it so it won’t get rejected in the embassy

It is YOUR visa so you have to apply for it.You have to follow the instructions and submit whatever paperwork they ask for - which may include an invitation letter from her.

There is never any guarantee that a visa will be issued and not rejected, no matter what visa and no matter where you are applying from.
