Are you looking to live permanently in Australia or just visit for a couple of weeks. Do you mean you have a female migration agent in Australia who you are paying for migration advice? or do you mean some random woman is advising you how to get a visa? If you want to move permanently, you must qualify for a visa. If you are married or in an equivalent relationship for a long time, you can apply for a partner visa. But if you are just boyfriend or girlfriend or just engaged, you cannot. Otherwise you will have to see if you are eligible for a skilled visa. There is never any guarantee that a visa will be issued and not rejected, no matter what visa and no matter where you are applying from.
