I’m not aware of the nomination part as it has been done by company’s MA.

Hi all;

RCB got refused but The company had positive RCB 2years ago for the same position.

RCB has validity for 2years only.

Anywys MA wants to apply for nomination with negetive RCB saying there is a strong chance of the negative rcb not affecting the nomination decision (i dnt understand how)

has any one got nomination approved without positive RCB?

does anyone know if immi give you 28 days to submit info for nomination... they give you result in 28 days for nomination or they will give you result according to submission ? If submit in 10 days  ?

Your MA is right..file your nomination and visa quick...there are many people on this forum who have had successful outcomes with their nomination even though their RCB have come up with a negative outcome. Don't waste time mid November is coming soon

*With negative rcb apply for nomination & visa ($10k)

or let it go wait for new regional visa to come into affect - apply to that.

dnt know what to do - specially when i hav got a family with 2young kids

Hi, I am a silent follower of this forum and this forum help me a lot . Thanks heaps .  Position: Chef / NT                                                          my timeline are: RCB lodge: October 2017, RCB received after two months,         Nominations and visa lodge: 02 jan 2018 , After 8 months on October 2018 they asked for clarification of fair work which business had under pay for staff and had a case on court which was sorted on that time ..... ,                                                                                              15 Feb 2019 case officer allocated  S56 request for AFP report which was expired,   Got a phone call on June 2019 from Australian Border force to staff and interview for around one hour                                                   9 Sep 2019 Nomination approved ,                                                10 Sep 2019 another case officer allocated again and request S56 for Medical check which was expired ,             16 Sep 2019 medical check submitted     and Finally 26 Sep 2019 Visa Grant in 21 months .                                                           So, From my view Plz guys update your documents up to date . You will get your visa soon and Every dog has a day Guys jus be calm and wait for your right time and your right day will come soon  . Best wishes

Sorry to hear you got nomination rejected. But they should give you a reason.  Even it’s a stupid reason. Can I ask what’s your occupation ?

No they havent given any reason.
I am not sure about Aat as I am overseas and I dont if we can apply or not.

I was even at further assessment..
S56 requested and everything.

Contract administrator job .
Soo heart broken .. cant even tell you.

just back again on this forum from long time as i am silent follower .

We applied for RSMS 187 in August 2016.

Finally after  three year  (37 Months) we got email From MA regarding Medical Examination.

Immi didn’t requested Anything else , is this positive sign ! We are Worried,

i am also 38 Week Pregnant .

Hi Rajat,

I dont know you but can understand how disappointed you might be. I really feel you as I got my position redundant once while going through my first sponsorship. Life can hit hard at times but it does not mean thats it the end. You must try again, but do it the right way, use your skills and competences to get there. Do not give up. Failure is fine, but giving up isnt..
