Position: Chef / NT my timeline are: RCB lodge: October 2017, RCB received after two months, Nominations and visa lodge: 02 jan 2018 , After 8 months on October 2018 they asked for clarification of fair work which business had under pay for staff and had a case on court which was sorted on that time ..... , 15 Feb 2019 case officer allocated S56 request for AFP report which was expired, Got a phone call on June 2019 from Australian Border force to staff and interview for around one hour 9 Sep 2019 Nomination approved , 10 Sep 2019 another case officer allocated again and request S56 for Medical check which was expired , 16 Sep 2019 medical check submitted and Finally 26 Sep 2019 Visa Grant in 21 months . So, From my view Plz guys update your documents up to date . You will get your visa soon and Every dog has a day Guys jus be calm and wait for your right time and your right day will come soon . Hi, I am a silent follower of this forum and my current status is inital assessment on immi account. I have lodge my nominations and visa on 02/01/2018 also my nomination has not been approved yet but i got a mail from my agent last night to submit a AFP nation check to immigration which is required for case officer within in 28 days . Could you guys have any idea about this is it a positive response for me or ??????

Hey, Plz check on your bridging visa paper there is a reference number which you can fill on application detail .
