Hi All i have job experience (4yr overseas+5yr Australia) - mkt specialist I have received positive skill assessment from Vetassess but they have said number of years assessed positively is 3.97 yr. does that mean I cant claim point for the other years? much appreciate your response.

Hi all; RCB got refused but The company had positive RCB 2years ago for the same position. RCB has validity for 2years only. Anywys MA wants to apply for nomination with negetive RCB saying there is a strong chance of the negative rcb not affecting the nomination decision (i dnt understand how) has any one got nomination approved without positive RCB? much appreciate your response.

I dnt know buddy. Mien was different case officer. I really dnt understand how they do assessments. with AAT you can only hope of winning. There is no guarantee of winning regardless of what so ever MA says to you.

Hi; whats the name of the case officer - I received nomination refusal same day. going to meet MA tomrrow. Extremly fraustrated. seems like they are keen to refuse any managerial role. mien was sales & marketing manager. AAT processing time is 24months now

Nomination refused without asking any docs (after 19months) Reason :: In business premises lease contract :: its written the place is to be used for storage and distribution of goods case officer thinks (in brief) that the nominated role task will be more of a supervisory role instead of a sales and marketing manager role as the place is leased under storage & distribution of goods. Again as the MD is also active in the bzness case officer is not convinced that the role of S&M manager shall be executed properly. National Company with 30employee - i run a team of 10ppl under 4branches with $10M annual sales please advice :: do I have any chance if i go for AAT?

Hi; I went through the process - you cant add another application without your child Passport. Its better to notify the department as soon as possible depending on your present visa condition. But trust me - dnt waste any time in this process otherwise you will face unnecessary headache. Thanks

What was the reason for nomination refusal? Keep patients - thats the one and only thing we can do in this situation.

Nomination applied Jul 2017 Visa applied nov 2017 RMS onshore DE, HR Country, NSW No info yet - havnt seen any sales & mkt mng news for a longtime. B4 this - applied for 457 nomination that got refused cause the case officer was not confidence how much time I spend on actual sales & mkt mnger role despite being convinced thats its a genuine role :: . Stragest and funniest excuse I have ever seen.
