Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately you’re not entitled to apply AAT due to offshore application. Also IMMI doesn’t allow to add new sponsorship with existing one which means you have to start all over again with the new sponsor.

If they have asked for medical and PCC then I guess your nomination has been approved. Hopefully your golden email is on your way. Could you please share from what sort of business you got sponsorship? Fast Food or Service Station ... Thanks

Seems like immi stopped processing retail manager.

If you are bridging visa A then you have to apply for bridging visa B to travel India. But If you are on bridging visa C then you won’t be able to travel. It won’t have any effect on your file.

Unfortunately you won’t be able to appeal. There is only one way to extend your visa that needs to be done by applying another valid application.

I had the same issue, applied in 24th February 2017 and got advise from IMMI to withdraw visa because as per IMMI, your direct employer can be your sponsor only. Company initially applied from the mother company so I had to withdraw visa in Jan 18.

Same issue happened to me as well in last month. You can come back with that BVB.
