Unfortunately some employers will find a way to get around that to cheat their employees Edited October 18, 2019 by mark23 Typo

Iloveaus
Hi all, I have lodged my RCB beginning of Aug, officerĀ requested more infoĀ in Sept, and since its been a month I have got no news.Ā I know most of you have got their RCB approved and are at the visa stage, but has anyone of you been through this? I really thought RCB process wasĀ straight forward, but I was indeed wrong. I wont lie, am really worried cause am left with only 4 weeks to apply for the visa (I am also aware, am wasting time cause I can apply for it now, but my lawyer recommended me to wait and apply it all at once, once this is approved). I am just scared if i lodge now, and this come negatif, what will I do. I am applying from NT, would anyone know whether they are under the pump cause 187Ā is coming soon to an end? The wait is killing me. Thanks folks!

I'm not saying its not important but its no point waiting for that. I applied for my visa first then a month later I applied for the RCB and nomination. Force your lawyer to proceed with your application.Ā

According to dates if your nomination is approved then there is very little chances of immigration asking you to do them again.Ā 1
