  1. Hi patel, How long after updating the police clearance and medicals you got your visa approved?
  2. Congrats to y'all for making it through 2019 and for all the remaining ones yet to hear back from immi! We are almost there, hang on our time will be coming too! A friend was given 28 days to provide its health check which he did and police clearance, however the police clearance is taking longer and as such, the 28 days will come to an end very soon... is there a possibility to request for an extension and show that he requested the certificate from his country? Any info I could pass on to him would be great, he will be reading you guys. Thanks heaps
  3. Hi guys, This forum has gone so much quieter since visa 187 has been abolished.. Just checking, how long does it take for visa to come through once nomination has been approved? Rough idea????
  4. Congrats Mark! You deserve it! Party hard and wish you all the best in your new chapter of life
  5. Hi all, I have lodged my RCB beginning of Aug, officer requested more info in Sept, and since its been a month I have got no news. I know most of you have got their RCB approved and are at the visa stage, but has anyone of you been through this? I really thought RCB process was straight forward, but I was indeed wrong. I wont lie, am really worried cause am left with only 4 weeks to apply for the visa (I am also aware, am wasting time cause I can apply for it now, but my lawyer recommended me to wait and apply it all at once, once this is approved). I am just scared if i lodge now, and this come negatif, what will I do. I am applying from NT, would anyone know whether they are under the pump cause 187 is coming soon to an end? The wait is killing me. Thanks folks!
  6. Hi Rajat, I dont know you but can understand how disappointed you might be. I really feel you as I got my position redundant once while going through my first sponsorship. Life can hit hard at times but it does not mean thats it the end. You must try again, but do it the right way, use your skills and competences to get there. Do not give up. Failure is fine, but giving up isnt.. Wish you the best..
  7. Hi faisal, On which ground was your Rcb refused? Could you please give more info.
  8. This member deserves an award! Genuinely helping around and reassuring everyone in this forum... May God always protect you and help you in your life! Thank you very much again!
  9. Thank you so much Mark. If you could please draft me something so that i can have a look at it please. I am a bit stressed to be honest, as this visa comes to an end by end of October and I still havent lodged yet. Btw, I had to start all over again as the first time I got sponsored, my employer had my position redundant, so am just really mentally drained and exhausted with all the stress and worries I am going through at the moment. On top of all money spent Immi has made it so tough for us while we are just trying to do it the right way. I am not giving up yet, but just really tired with all honesty.
  10. Hi guys, I am still at the RCB stage and already having the officer asking questions about salary market.. has anyone been through this? any recommendation on how we could justify my salary? Thank you very much.
  11. Hi there, Can you please advise how long it took for your RCB to be approved in NT? Just trying to get a rough idea on waiting time. Anyone applied in NT, please drop a text and advise too
  12. Today my employer has unfairly sacked me after using me for 10 months of work.. All my dreams of getting PR one day has gone away.. I am deeply shatered and devastated and thats the least I can say...
  13. Hi legend, That sounds illegal to me to not pay any of your superannuation or tax. Just contact anonymously fair work and check with them that would be my recommendation (dont mention you are getting sponsored) just get to know if this is correct what he is doing or not..
  14. Hi guys, I think i have answered my own question. I have found the following link that explains the different stages of your visa application. https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-text/online-account/Documents/status_immiaccount.pdf
  15. Hi legend, Its still on "received" but i was just wondering what were the diff stages
  16. Hi guys, Quick question. What are the different stages of your applications status? It goes from received to allocated to granted/refused? and how long approx. does it take between each stage?
  17. If I were you, I would suggest your wife to hold on her studiesuntil you get PR as she wont have to pay for international fees but resident fees once you get pr.. trust me the difference is huge.. the double if i am not wrong..
  18. Hi all, I have called immigration today to get some info on how applications are being process and if indeed it is being done out of order (timeline). The lady has confirmed to me that it is a case by case situation and it is regardless of which month/year you have applied, as some people that have applied after you can get their visa being processed before yours and vice versa.. In other word, it is really depending on your luck once you have applied and have given all the evidences they request. Your turn can come like tomorrow or it can come in 25 month as per their processing time.. This news might comfort some. My advise is as follow: -> KEEP UR HOPE HIGH -> PRAY A LOT -> LIVE UR LIFE UNTIL IT COMES as what is meant to happen will happen not matter what! PR isnt a free ticket to paradise, yet it is important but we should not give it that much of importance after all! Live your life and stay positive..
  19. Congratulations! what was your occupation and your visa nomination timeline please? which state?
  20. Ahahahah just sit back, chill and pray ? Could not put it any better ??
  21. Congratulations! You got lucky that your application has been processed in 8 months! Wow! I have also applied in Dec 2017 and still havent heard anything yet.. still praying for the best though ??
