Any idea when the application will be finalized. It's been a long wait since nomination was applied. @bsuman, it could be this month or you may have to wait a little more. It really depends. As per @Hex response to you, we can't do anything but wait. The good thing about your application is they already started the process and will for sure revert back to you. Some are all still in "received" status. Big congrats to the recent PR Grants and Nomination Grant!!! Edited July 1, 2019 by Chowder

Just wondering please, when you withdraw your previous 186 Visa application, were you able to get refund or do you have to pay again for new application? Thank you! Thank you! @Chowder It's extremely unlikely that you would ever receive a refund. - I don't say it's impossible cause I know of a case that has been refunded (it was due to a error on Immigration side), however, that's only 1 - EVER. So very unlikely

I'm wondering if anyone would have a good recommendation for an affordable agent? Or strong views on whether an agent is necessary? Many thanks! Depends with complications of your application, if you don't feel confident then an MA is advisable because the changes that happen frequently means getting someone with experience is worth it. After getting PR the cost will be worth it and also peace of mind. https://migrationdownunder.com/

TBO
Hi All, I was asked for licensing requirements. It states: "Provide evidence from the relevant Australian registration or licensing authority that you hold the relevant registration or licence or that you will be able to meet necessary registration or licensing requirements." Does this mean I need a certification from Australia? I have submitted the relevant certifications and licenses issued by my homecountry and it was positively assessed by CPA Australia. Has anyone here know if I need to submit a proof or certification that I hold a membership from any Australian professional body? Thanks to anyone who can help me. Jobie46
Congrats to all those who got PR today. Visa and nomination submitted 27th June 2019. Let the wait begin. QQ - I have only lived in Australia for 4 months do I need to submit an AFP check? (Assuming it’s all processed under the 12 months requirement).
