I do not know if the offshore applicants will affect the procedure since my family members now are in my home country. There are many cases which got grants just several days after paying VAC2. Jits Posted February 15, 2021 Share Posted February 15, 2021 RAZA12345 my company HR handled the nomination process entirely, but i think yes labor market testing has to be done+ position needs to be advertised. The offered salary has to fall in line with labor market testing stats. Great news, congratulations. I applied around the same time as you (nomination on 30 Oct and visa application on 9 November). Still awaiting on news. I'm from Vic, occupation is Accountant.
