Hello guys, I got golden mail today. I share my timeline. Apply 186 nomiantion Oct 2019 Nomination approved Feb 2020 Apply Visa Feb 2020 Request documents Mar 2021 Visa granted 25 Mar 2021. Total 18Month. Cook trt WA Recently immigration working for hospitality. Hope you guys get soon in all seriousness. Thanks.

Everyone is gonna be okay.. this is not our fault and special case ever. Be positive good new will be come to us. Immigraion said they will count day during lock down also stood down if person still be hired.

Reduced hours but I kept working. Luckily WA lock down was bit shorter than other state. I was not stood down.

They requested similar yours to employer. He signed and then sent to MA. I prepared pay summary and AFP. I think they wanted to check during Covid 19 restaurant still okay or not also still employer needs me or not.

Told me just waiting. Nothing I can do. Almost finish this year I could not expect to take long time like this. Immigration is gonna close from Christmas to middle of Jan 2021.

Hello guys, I need opinion from you guys. I applyed application after nomination was granted as I had some problem. The thing I wonder is I applyed visa on February and my wife's english score was expired 8 Agust 2020. Do you guys think we need to exam again or immigration would pass this? Any case around you guys? By the way my occupation is cook I am waiting 11 month total with nomination processing. Thanks.
