Hey guys I’ve received the golden email last Monday !! after 16 months the wait is over I had to lodge a few complaints 2 weeks ago and got the decision last week . Maybe try to lodge a complaint it might help Good luck guys

Does anyone here were s56 ( employer ) after nomination was approved ? case officer rung me Wednesday saying that she was taking Over my case from other officer and after looking into my documents she decided to ask for further information from the employer. does anyone had a similar case ? What documents could it be ? thanks

I did the same today . They sent me the standard response and after I replied they forwarded my case to the RBA. Let’s hope they have a look.

case officer contact M.A yesterday and requested my bosses licence and than after one hour requested my carpenters license. But because I work under a builder I don’t need one. I only sent my carpenters certificate from tafe . Now I don’t know if they will make me get one and slow down the process

did they ask you your plumbers licence? or just your certificate??

Don’t they ask all this when you send the nomination ? Because I remember the migration agent asking all of this for the employer nomination
