RAZA12345 my company HR handled the nomination process entirely, but i think yes labor market testing has to be done+ position needs to be advertised. The offered salary has to fall in line with labor market testing stats. Your lawyer (not necessary) or company HR+ accounts dept will be able to help out with that.
