Another similarity here 186 TRT COOK (QLD) Nomination & Visa applied: 18 Feb 2020 S56 requested of business ( on : 20 may 2021 ( After made an complaint to DHA) Asked for Overseas police check updated: 20 may. everything submitted by 1st jun 2021 immi status: further assessment till today please note that my nomination hasn’t been approved yet.

Hello everyone, Its been 4 weeks after s56 documents submitted to DHA, haven’t heard back anything yet. Just wondering how long does it takes to grant a visa after submitting s56? Applied on both visa & nomination on feb 2020. Please note that Nomination hasn’t been approved yet. 186 trt cook Qld. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thank you!

Congratulations mate, Finally! I’m happy for you. I’m waiting since feb 2020, 186 TRT cook, Nomination has not been approved yet. CO requested S56 information on 20 may 2021 . 1. Statement from my employer drafted 2. Final lodge BAS 3. Financial statement of the year ended 2020 4. Tax return 5. PAYG of mine 6. 12 months bank statement of the business showing salary & super payment of mine. Submitted everything on 1st june. Immi account shows further assessment. Can anybody tell me How long does it takes to grant the visa? Its been 2 weeks already. Do i need to complain again to DHA? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi there, i would like to ask about the s56 request for more information about the 186 nomination. I’m waiting for the 186 visa & nomination since 16 months & DHA has asked my employer for the some updated documents from the business within 8 days. Is it okey if we asked for the extension? Does this impact to my visa & nomination applications? Please suggest me Thanks

Yes, i have made 2nd complaint on 18th of may & they referred my complaint to the Relevant Business Area (RBA). Afterwards nothing...

Hi Everyone, just wondering I’m waiting for the 186 trt visa almost 16 months, Is there any problem or delaying to grant a visa if you do have some credit cards to be pay off debt & not enough bank balance in your account? Some people says there should be a problem with granting a visa. Help needed, Thanks
