I applied on 28 feb 2020 my nomination was approved on 26 May 2021 they asked medical on 31may 2021 did medical on 8 June 2021 and it is further assessment till now more than a months state WA frustrating. Almost 18 months

Same case mine was applied on 28 feb 2020 the nomination was approved on 26th May2021 requested medical on 31may 2021 did medical on 8th of June and cleared medical on 10th of June still waiting.

457 granted on 2015 June 03 as cook (WA) after working 2 years the owner sold the business. 2017 got another employer for 457 Nomination approve on November 2017. Again 482 applied on May 2019 after 2 years on all those visa applied 186 visa on 28 feb 2020 applications receive. Cheers to all.

Your 186 visa has to be applied doesn’t matter with your nomination approved, if your employer doesn’t apply the visa you are not eligible to stay even your nomination got approved.
