This exact text i had received from my immigartion agent on my enquiry from immigration in October, they have a pre drafted response which they send to any of these enquiries.

Hmm, i think no. of applicant also makes a difference , more the no. of applicant slow the processing, i could be wrong but looking at some of the grants that is the feeling which i get , obviosuly all other factors are also contributing, Skill, nationality

New Visa processing time line has been updated today. 186DE- 3 to 6 months ans 186-TRT- 6 to 12 months. Not sure what is the plan they have for older application

This is not an issue with Hospitality only , i know many ICT which is not in PMSOL is also waiting from long time, Mine is also nearing 11 months, ICT-Systems Analyst
