It allows you to stay in Australia while your application for a substantive visa is being processed. A BVC can be granted if you lodge an application in Australia for a substantive visa but you do not already hold a substantive visa. A BVC does not allow you to return to Australia if you leave.   3. I'm not so sure... They are approving the business as a sponsored employer but then they will access your position within the business.... But hey... who knows what is going on!!!!

  11. The best thing you can do is get a consultation from a registered migration agent. All of the questions you have asked are dependant on which visa you wish to apply for.

  15. Yeah mines definitely says 'Received'. Did the use a migration agent?
  16. Lemme check mine again..... I've been waiting 12 months + for a visa that was meant to take 15-17 months, the processing times are now 23-25 months. There is nothing you can do but wait.
  17. The application will change from Received to Processing.
