Awesome news.. now...... process our visas!!!
-
You'll be processed quickly due to your occupation! Good luck.
-
Hey mate... see below (https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/visi/visi/bridging-visas) Bridging visa C (BVC) A Bridging visa C (BVC) is a temporary visa. It allows you to stay in Australia while your application for a substantive visa is being processed. A BVC can be granted if you lodge an application in Australia for a substantive visa but you do not already hold a substantive visa. A BVC does not allow you to return to Australia if you leave. See: Bridging visa C - BVC - (subclass 030)

I'm not so sure... They are approving the business as a sponsored employer but then they will access your position within the business.... But hey... who knows what is going on!!!!
-
I see some late 2017 being processed....
-
Congratulations!
-
Yeah but surely to god not in this case?!! That is so damn wrong if it does.
-
But that doesn't mean his visa will get approved straight up? Just nomination?
-
Agreed!
-
It is frustrating for people waiting such long periods of time to come on here and see people being granted from 2018.
-
Happy to pay greater fees, if they would get their finger out their asses and start keeping processing time promises!!!!
-
Government occupation and previously state sponsored.... hence the quick approval.
-
The occupation will no doubt be medical or a highly sought after in Australia.

The best thing you can do is get a consultation from a registered migration agent. All of the questions you have asked are dependant on which visa you wish to apply for.

I wouldn't think so but always best to take professional advice.

https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-text/online-account/Documents/status_immiaccount.pdf Sounds like it hasn't been received by Immigration yet - sorry! See link above...
-
Yeah mines definitely says 'Received'. Did the use a migration agent?
-
Lemme check mine again..... I've been waiting 12 months + for a visa that was meant to take 15-17 months, the processing times are now 23-25 months. There is nothing you can do but wait.
-
The application will change from Received to Processing.
