  1. hello everyone..i am new to this thread. my parents are applying for CVP visa 143 but i want to know what will be their medicare options as my mother is on psychiatric medicine and my father is on insulin. one more query what will be their option of getting social security payment after 10 years as mentioned on immi siteas both of them are retired? regards
  2. i want to know after one lodges his/her visa, how immi authorities check for overseas skilled experience references for 189 visa...do they contact the employer on his mobile or do they contact him through his official mail. i am very curious because i am still employed there and things have got worse after i broke this news of my visa application to my employer and my colleagues..don't know the reason but many of them have become so mean as i am going abroad for a better future. i am just concerned as i dont want my hard work to be judged my false information giiven by any1 of them if immi authorities contact them. note: i do have official proof of my work experience like bank statements showing monthly salary, tax returns , job appointment letter . thanks oh and one more thing : my employment letters have old telephone numbers so should i cut them off by a black pen or not.and my boss mobile number(operational one) is also present in it... what should i do?
  3. my wife is applying for 189 visa in accountancy professsion and her eoi got accepted recently.. i am very concerned whether she should upload her medical clearance and police clearance along with all other documents or should we wait for her CO to ask for her medical test.. her current doctor (not a panel physician) has done all her tests and all her reports are normal and she has inactive hepatitis b and she would have a normal life ahead. as far as i have read form 30 i have found that only XRAY and HIV tests are done for this visa and hep b and c tests are only done for people involved in medical profession, so this would be not a problem But we do not have any idea about whether to say yes or no in her form 80 about her hep condition . please can someone provide assistance in our case as she has worked really hard for ielts and arranging visa fees and we do not want to take any wrong step. :ssign14:
  4. thanks @ maggie for your quick assistance.i searched here my answer alot and updated my EOI quickly as one has to show only the experience for which assessment authority has given the clearance in order to avoid the over claiming of points.
  5. I have a query regarding EOI for subclass 189 regarding filling my skilled experience. details of job experience: date of join :02 may 2011 and working at same place till date(more than 3 years experience till date) but skilled assessment authority i.e CPA recognised experience from 1 jan 2013 to 6 nov 2014 (1 year 10 months experience) should i state assessed experience or my actual experience in my EOI ?? but i want to add that i do not want to claim experience points as my score is 60 points which is a pass score. please help.. thanks:notworthy: i have submitted my eoi so can i edit or update it again?

  7. can anyone suggest their experiences with Pearson Test Of English-academic?.. is it easier to get 8 band or >65 points in(pte) than ielts? i do know that the whole exam is conducted on computer and it is US based but i want to know how one goes about its preparation. i am curious to know from the people who enrolled in this exam thanks jonathan
  8. i think cpa requires 7 each in ielts in case of 190 visa too as it is their basic reuirement for assessing accounting skills..it is way better if u put in a query in their support desk address. for 190 visa one has to have atleast 1 year experience and i totally agree as when i consulted my migration agent she advised me the same.. the best option is to do meet the atleast 65 point benchmark and getting a perfect 7 in each module and yes, fulltime job experience needs to be shown. hope this helps )
  9. more info from successful candidates who were capable of scoring of 7 or more in writing and speaking will surely help me alongwith others in achieving our target .
