Hi Speak to a migration agent (try visa bureau) and see if you both qualify usually its free until you sign up for them to do your application Gary -

Have done girlfriends visa on line very easy and a lot less stressful than when I applied for mine back in 2011

Hi Sniffter our 8/9 months are end of Oct/end of Nov but we want to be out in Perth by early Sept girlfriend has emailed CO and had a reply back saying she has passed the medical and character criteria and if we are in Oz when he is ready to grant the visa he will let us know so we can leave Oz for 3 days for the process, the way it reads to us is that she will be granted the visa but its now just a waiting game so decisions decisions do we or don,t we Gary

Hi when I applied for my visa a couple of companies I worked for had shut down and one was not willing to give me a reference I just had to fill out a statutory declaration for each company stating what had happened and have it verified by the person who witnessed all my documents Gary -

Hi lolly ozzy sounds very familiar apart from having the kiddies girlfriend submitted application end of Feb and told 8/9 months ( Oct/Nov) we to have a wedding in Sept, girlfriend has emailed CO to see if he had received medical results, says he has and she has met the medical and character criteria also said that when he is ready to grant the visa she may be in Oz but will have to leave for 3 working days so we are thinking of risking going out permanently early Sept not knowing 100% whether she has got the visa or not (big risK though) Gary
