  1. Hi I emailed the email address ( act.ssp.processing@immi.gov.au ) about my subclass 801 second stage processing visa and I got the following response: Your email has been received by the Partner (Permanent) Processing Centre in Brisbane. This mailbox should ONLY be used to contact our office if you have been granted the Partner (Provisional) visa (subclass UF 309/310) AND your application for an Partner (Migrant) visa (subclass BC 100/110) has not yet been finalised. As my application is 820 to 801 visa, I am unsure which email address I would have to use. Thanks Smiler
  2. Hi Does anyone know the email address for second stage partner visa 801 in Melbourne please (for permanent residency)? I have seen a previous thread that has the following email address but I think it is just for the ACT: act.ssp.processing@immi.gov.au I'm in Melbourne so the Melbourne office would be processing it. I haven't been assigned a CO as yet so thought I would see if I could get an update on if I was anywhere near to being assigned one. Thanks Smiler:biggrin:
  3. I paid about £115 for the full doc examination (West London) and about £45 (Central London) for the xray. Was probably the cheapest I knew of after ringing around other places. Smiler:biggrin:
  4. Hi Emmaroo I applied at AH and was notified via email of being allocated a case officer after 1 week and then about a week or so after that I got my PMV (prospective marriage visa) approved. I reckon you will be contacted via email in the next few days. I haven't read the other posts before the last few on this thread but I remember last year, around this time, the applications took a bit longer than usual because of the end of the Aussie financial year was coming up, but then straight afterwards, there was a quite a surge of applications being given decisions. Let us know how you get on Smiler:biggrin:

  6. thanks Cab82 and Prudi! I frontloaded the everything eg meds, xray, UK police check, Oz police check, form 80, stat decs (UK and Oz people) so that there would be nothing for them to ask for as I hear that if you give in your docs in drips and drabs it can take longer as it may be that the C/O may just put down date in the diary for the things to be actioned by even though they may receive them earlier. Now I can look forward to our celebration party in the UK before going to Oz to do the wedding. Whooppeee!! Good luck with your applications Smiler
  7. Yippee!! I just got my PMV granted! Gave it in to Australia House on the 10th June and was allocated a Case Officer on the 24th June. Am so relieved that the wait was not such a wait after all!! Good luck to all of you out there. I reckon the next couple of weeks will see a stream of visas being granted. Will keep a look out to see how you are all doing Smiler:jiggy:
