  1. 482.212 (4) If the Minister requires the applicant to demonstrate that he or she has the skills that are necessary to perform the tasks of the nominated occupation, the applicant demonstrates that he or she has those skills in the manner specified by the Minister. Check the regulations!
  2. Family sponsored visitor visas have a mandatory - no further stay -condition imposed.
  3. Ensure that all parties, including yourself, have to hand a copy of certifications. Complications sometimes arise when a party is not available to take a telephone call and inquiries are directed to (for example) an HR department where what they were employed to do is recorded, but not the duties actually performed.
  4. 'National service' engagement is usually straightforward, but outstanding liability for it might raise an issue. Regular service is quite another matter.
  5. Do not rely on information obtained from DHA 'help' lines or websites. It is superficial, often misleading and sometimes wrong. Go to the relevant legislation, or consult one of the registered migration agents who posts on this forum.
  6. Companies do not sponsor, they nominate and currently it costs a lot to do this. The minister is making noises about reducing the complexities and costs, but has yet to do so. Consult one of the RMAs who posts on this forum for advice about strategy.
  7. You should declare all diagnosed medical conditions for all applicants. If you want professional advice about strategies available in your case, go to my website pinoyau.com and use the contact form.
  8. 'Carer' is one of the more difficult visa applications to have granted in the first instance. There are various strategies available that are not obvious, even on a close reading of the regulations and policy, that improve the prospects of success and in many cases offer an alternative visa pathway. I advise all those who plan a DIY carer application to consult one of the registered migration agents who posts on this forum for technical advice about the problems that could arise.
  9. Too bad if your EoI fails to result in an invitation and so do subsequent revisions. Unless there are time (or other) constraints it is best practice to have all supporting documents in hand before committing to a course of action.
  10. If the OP has a problem using the contact form on our website, an email to the address on the website will work.
  11. Some 'recruiters' are charging $25K for a 482 package.
  12. Costs for 482 and similar are about to increase significantly.
  13. Any of the registered migration agents who regularly post on this forum could sort this for you.
  14. Depends where you look on the site.

  17. The OP might find it worth a consultation fee to have one of the RMAs who posts on this forum assess the case.
  18. Do not apply to more than one state or territory.
  19. It will come down to a matter of how much the condition is likely to cost the Australian government over 10 years. You would be well advised to seek a professional opinion about the best format for specialist's report that correctly addresses the medical and legal issues.
  20. Thank you for the opportunity to provide further information... then upload it again and also attach it to your reply email.
