Guest Guest 47403
Warmest place in the UK Yesterday was Sutton Bonington near Loughborough at 29°C unfortunately no records were broken as the warmest September day stands at 35°C, however if somewhere touches 30°C today that will be the warmest October day on record, be nice if the October record went to Yorkshire as well as the September one. Guest tandcmum
it is a very balmy 5 degrees here in Scotland and it hasn't stopped raining for 48 hours  Really wish we had seen some of the roasting days up here this year but can count on one hand the amount of times it has been above 20 degrees
Cerberus1
Rob's weather station is reporting 89mm of rain in the last 20ish hours. Having to drain the swimming pool to stop it overflowing and we've a second unofficial pool where the back garden once stood:laugh:

Guest VickyMel
Melbourne is expecting 28C today. Seems to be lovely and sunny all week and then a bit wet and windy at the weekend (much to OHs annoyance). But even still we have not had that much rain at all since arriving. marta
Nice and warm, but not humid - that's what I like about Melbourne! We currently have around 30 degrees in the sun, and there is a lot of sunshine outside right now.:jiggy:Unfortunately (or luckily?) it won't stay as the temperature will change in a couple of days. Typical for Melbourne too!
