See you on the other side :biggrin: I may sound like a stuck record, but this is the worst time to come when looking for property rentals. This is the time of year when students are heading back to school and new public servants moving into town. We often turned up to open houses with 30+ people waiting outside. I would suggest coming late February if you can. If not, just be prepared for more competition than usual. Also means they can get a little more in rent, so you may pay a little more than normal. The timing of arrival is to get the kids into the new schools so I think paying a little extra in rent and more competition is a bullet we will have to bite.
