Police checks

Do we opt for standard or premium service? Do we get certain bak then send to agent??

Argh too many boxes to decide if should tick!!

I suppose it depends how quick you want them back I went standard as I was waiting to do my medicals anyway and once you get them just scan and send through email.

Hi dear All.

What does it mean "Met" Status in the online Application Status - Document Check List.

All of my requested documents have changed to met status now. what does it mean?.

Thanks

Samk6

It means the documents are met eg nothing more required , they are satisfied with the information.

Morning,

I suppose it depends when your CO updates the data on the computer, It was discussed once on here that the main CO has other people under them doing allot of admin work, checking documents making contact with relevant people ect maybe that could the case and the main CO hasn't updated the system yet.

C'mon DIAC lets have a big week.

Good luck everyone.

I must admit since joining the forum and following every ones progress. I am supprised at how few rumours there are either from agents or people discussions with CO's etc. They play it very tight to their chest.

We've had a CO since end August this year but our online status still says 'Processing commenced' and has done since 10/05/2009!!! We had a 'Application being processed further' added on 01/10/2009 we reckon when our State sponsorship was added to the file, so ours changed from a 175 to a 176.

After chasing the meds up with the clinic, apparently everything has been prepared & attached to our file ready for the Panel Doctor to sign off tomorrow & send via e-health. Consultant Drs letters have been emailed separately to HOC as these were too big to attach via e-health so I'm not expecting these to be finalised straight away.

Good luck everyone x

We have to have everything back by the 9th & our meds are booked for sat the 5th

I asked our agents if this gives enough time for meds to be uploaded & they said it gets uploaded same day

I hope there are no delays with the medicals

Each clinic seems to do things differently. I know that Anlopa went to Manchester & her childrens meds had finalised the day after but after speaking to Maidenhead I understand that they wait until all blood results are back and the chest xrays have been looked at (which they quoted 2-3 days) before submitting the meds to Sydney. While we were at Maidenhead they obviously did something online as it showed 'further medical results received' by the time we'd got home.

I really wouldnt worry though, we were asked to submit everything within 28 days but requested longer as we couldnt get the meds done in time. We sent an email to our Case officer, explaining that we had them booked for 10 Oct. As soon as you attend the meds though & the clinic locate you on the e-health system, Sydney should be able to see that your meds have been done.

They have to wait for your bloods to get back that takes a couple of days, as for your CO if you send evidence that you have booked your medicals it shouldn't be a problem as it does read in the letter from CO if you can't make the 30 or whatever you have been given they need evidence to show you have booked medicals.
