Hi All, I am also in the same boat. still i am in 475(family Sponsor) visa and suppose to apply 887 in November this year. I have visited my mother country twice withing this 2 year period. actually,I have stayed 38 days outside the Australia. Will this be effected to my 2 year period which mentioned in visa condition? do i need to stay anther 38 days (2 year + 38 days)? Otherwise i can apply 887 visa in this November. Thanks Samk6

Hi Dear All, I am 475 visa holder and currently live and working in Melbourne. I got my engagement recently. now i want to get visa for my wife.(She is not in Australia) i have few question about this. 1. Do i need to pay full amount of Visa fee again when apply visa for my wife? 2. Does she need IELTS when apply this visa? Your Reply will be really appreciated. Thanks Samk6

Hi Dear All, I am 475 Family Sponsor visa holder. currently, i am doing full time job and living in designated area in Victoria. Is there any possibility to get PR (887 Visa) with help of my Employer?. Or is it compulsory to stay and work two years in designated area?.... Your reply will be really appreciated... I collected grant letter from the agent and made appointment in the embassy to get stamp the visa label in the passport................... Hope to fly mid of November............. But my girl friend is crying........... These is Visa condition "8515 -The holder of the visa must not marry before entering Australia" I have to comeback soon to get the engagement.............. :jiggy: GOOD LUCK YOU ALL..........................

Applicant Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just checked Online Application Status. It Says that Applicant Approved.......... Visa Granted..................................... Really Happy..... no words to express that. Thanks a lot all of my POMS friends who helped and guided me to achieve my goal. Hi All, i got CO on 26-09-2011 and all the documents were on "Met" status except few documents. My CO requested following documents evidence of overseas qualification, Form 80, Police report and Family tree diagram. my agent sent all requested documents withing one day. i checked online status on yesterday. All requested document's status have changed to "Met" except evidence of overseas qualification. It is still remain as "requested"............. why has not it(evidence of overseas qualification) updated as yet?. is something wrong with that documents? i need your ideas............. hi Reco yes. I sent both Police checks and Medi on April 2011. after that medicals is finalized on May 2011. My CO asked me to send the Police checks again. My Police check hasn't expired as yet So i have already sent them again. Now Waiting for good news................:wubclub: Samk6
