Congratulation.

We were wait to hear only your CO news before!

Hi All,

I only just posted the other day about getting our case officer (although that did happen back on 5th March) and i have just checked our visa status online and i think our visa has been granted!

The update page now has "applicant approved" for me and all of my family and it says an email has been sent to me. I don't have the email as this will have gone to my migration agent but i'm sure he will be in touch after the bank holiday weekend!

It's really exciting but don't want to tell family until our agent confirms everything!

Just checked again and our visa was granted yesterday 7th April, we must enter Oz before 26th March 2013.

We still haven't told family yet, thought we might wait until i officially hear from our migration agent but don't know if i can wait that long!

Thank you to everyone who has congratulated us

Hi SHandGH,

Thanks for updating our details and maintaining this thread.

I see you got a CO on 20th March, i bet it won't be long now for you either!

You're welcome silverbobby. I have updated you to 7th April for the grant.

Our CO tells us that they are waiting for our Meds to be examined by the medical team in Sydney. Hopefully there are no issues.

Other members who front loaded their meds and PCCs got immediate grants. We had also intended to front load also but we got our CO sooner than expected. Oh well.

Congratulations and amazing to see that people are getting visa in holidays. So it means some auto - computer generated system is helping case officers.

And they have given you one year time to enter Australia... very good.

Guest keisha

guys,

in your request letter for medicals and pcc, did they indicate all the applicants names? or just the main applicant?

coz in my letter, it only has my name... so, not sure if hubby should have the medicals as well...

Hi Keisha, just curious if everything else shows as "met"? Did you check your status? If medicals and pcc's are the only things required, you may very well get a speedy grant. Best wishes ~

Expecting couple of November applicants assigned CO this week!!! Please keep checking and keep us updated asap.

Alas! We were with nothing to push DIAC to allocate all cat4 offshore applicants!

Well, just checked mine - nothing yet....

Probable movement of allocation dates for category 4

applicants....

On 30 march 2012 --- Priority Group 4 -- 9

August 2011.. 1 month and 15 Days processed

ON 12 April 2012 --- Priority Group 4--- 15 October 2011.. 2 months and 6 days processed

On 26

April 2012 -----Priority Group 4 --- 30 November 2011...1 month and 15 days

processed..

On 10 May 2012 ---- Priority Group 4 ---- 1 January 2012 ....

1 month.....

On 24 May 2012 ---- Priority Group 4 ---- 15 February 2012..

1 month 15 days...

On 7 June 2012 ----- Priority Group 4 --- 15 April

2012.... 2 months...So according to my table category 5 offshore might

get started in June or July 2012...

But if they keep the speed of 2

months processing every fortnight, then they can start processing cateogry 5

offshore in end May or first week of June 2012....

Fingers crossed.

I woudln't think DIAC is going to process any offshore Grp 5 before they finish Grp 5 onshore. There are still atleast 10,000-15,000 applications remaining to be processed in Grp 5 onshore so will have to wait and watch what sort of priority processing kicks in after 1st July 2012.

Hi Keisha

All applicants need to have medicals and pcc. it should be listed on your status. Good luck!!
