Being processed further on the 21st feb and still no contact from a case officer. I sent diac an e-mail on 24th asking them if they required me to Upload any more supporting documents. I received an e-mail back on the 28th feb saying my e-mail has been forwarded to the appropriate department and over 2 weeks after this still no news :0( same here mummy man , still waiting 4 weeks since co allocated medicals finalised 2 weeks ago but still we wait maybe we have same co ? I got married last Feb and submitted a change of circumstances. Then, submitted the documents (marriage cert, hubby's passport, proof of relationship, etc) on first week of March... They replied today saying that my application had been allocated to a case officer in team 2 and they would get in touch with me if they needed any more information.
