We asked immigration if we needed it to revalidate it and was advised only if asked to do so. Hi Jawad my wife's PCC was issued from KHI for 6 months - Usually PCC is valid for 1 yr (although it says 6 months) - However at the time of grant PCC was way over 13 months period but IMMi did not asked for a new one - Moreover my wife's first entry is not equivalent to PCC or either medical date - I guess it is a sheer coincidence and every case is treated on individual circumstances- Best of luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You will find heaps of questions shared. In my case they asked my wife as follows 1. Full name of both 2. My DOB 3. Dates of wedding..rukhsati n valima (in my case, was based on nikkah, lodged in april 2016 but wedding was in dec.) 4. Number of guest attended the wedding 5. What my fav dish if i dine out..and drink too. 6. How have you known him? Frist met? 7. What will u do if u go to aus? 8. What will you both do if u didnt get the visa? In general, the questions are to assess whether we know each other or not..and the source of questions are 1. General 2. From your supporting documents. I hope it helps. We aim to process 75 per cent of complete Partner visa applications within timeframes. Indicative service standards are measured from the date we receive your wife's complete application to the date of the final decision. We can assure you that the visa officer is currently working on your wife's visa application and will be in touch with you if any additional information is required. You will be contacted by the visa officer when there are updates available for you and your wife on this application. Your cooperation and assistance is much appreciated. We have already provided each and everything, no supporting document is pending at our end. I am also not interested in sending them emails or giving calls because there will always be an standard reply of turnaround time, in fact doing this will cause more delay as the allocated CO's are on clock. If you can read the acknowledge email again then it clearly says that, processing times are around 12 Months. And citizens are waiting like n year No system no sense People on temp visas cannot sponsor their wives for Spouse Visas. Its not possible. As for what sort of investigation is required - is the relationship genuine, is it fabricated just to get the partner a visa, are there any criminal convictions or character issues, any history of domestic violence on either side, medical history etc etc And they are only allowed to issue a certain number of visas fro the quota each month so you just have to wait.
