Hi Guys i am sorry after new form i got difficulty to open my form. I reset my Password and back to group. By the grace of Allah my wife got visa on 23 of March. Thankyou very much for all your prays and cooperation this forum is very helpful and keep you update all the time i saty in touch with you guys on this forum Jawad

True man Its like a war with yourself. With new day new hope and new thoughts start coming in your mind. Honestly i was expecting everything from immigration would have done before this year. I made everything ready for new life. Bought new house, got seprated form friends and now in last 3 months living alone feel like i m living in a jungel where dark is everywhere. More then an year i haven't go back to Pak and keep waiting for good time in my life Sometime i felt like prison in Australia

100% Agreed mate Don't know what sort of investigation required. People on TR getting there wives in Australia within 3 months. And citizens are waiting like n year No system no sense

No Misbah I got an email reply Same copy paste msg As you are aware that the service standard time for Partner visa is 12 months. We aim to process 75 per cent of complete Partner visa applications within timeframes. Indicative service standards are measured from the date we receive your wife's complete application to the date of the final decision. We can assure you that the visa officer is currently working on your wife's visa application and will be in touch with you if any additional information is required. You will be contacted by the visa officer when there are updates available for you and your wife on this application. Your cooperation and assistance is much appreciated.

Thanks ZD Because i am going to write n email to immi that how hard is life without each other. My wife PCc been issued on 2nd March and its not longer to go. I was thinking to mention this point in an email. But let see what happen now Cant wait:frown:

Hi Guys I just need to ask about PCC as i hv seen my wife Pcc in which its written that validation is for only 90 days. I am wondering everyone talking in forum about 1year PCC expiry date, Could someone explain it?

I hv applied visting visa after 2months of spouse visa applied. And got a refusal letter in a week with excuse that if your wife go to Australia she won't come back. So brother my advice is not to apply a visting visa. Its waste of time and money. Plus you will be more stressful after that. I know its a hard time for everyone but dont loose patient and wait for good time Even before applied, my wife had rang to islamabade immigration and asked them them, if her case wil take more then 6 month, could she apply for visitor visa and they replied yes but the result was very dispointed . Its up to u now i just share what has happened with me. They used to granted those vistor visa couple of years ago but no more. They are very strict and have many reason to refuse it
