Well said Misbah i like the way you write down each and every aspect of case. This wait really testing our relation and your information about immigration is up to mark what i was assuming and what actually happening. Good luck Misbah and hope for the best soon everyone. I know couple of cases is well who are waiting for there response but not in this forum which mean there are huge number of applicants waiting due to which time is delaying. Thats true AHC earning high figure of ammount but why they not hiring new staff is a question. What sort of security check is another valid point u raise in your discussion. My question is how we get visa in 4 months▪ We done the same process as you did with documents and submitted everything on time. We follow the right procedure but why it still delaying

I did try couple of time to ring them but there ph line are so busy now. Seems like everyone trying to b in touch with them. Anyway i email them yesterday and got reply that there is no such requirement to change any status to approved in IMMI account for sponsor or applicant while the application is under processing. Once the application is finalised that sponsorship requirement will be approved by delegate in system. But this morning my status as a sponsor showing "Approved" on immi account. Other then that same wording visa processing time is between 9 to 12 month and immigration actively working on your case... Just wait wait Wait wait Wait wait Wait

Hi Thanks for your reply. No i just noticed yesterday and tried to check it on Immi account but was on maintenance schedule. Early in morning i got worried to see no status in front of sponser. But i will ring immi next week to confirm whats going on. They already delaying plus those things made us think more negative thoughts in our mind.. Thanks again

Hay guys i have read somewhere in the forum that sponser status must be approved after interview whereas mine one is same as before. I can't see anything after my name..have you guys any idea why is that?

And would someone like to share that what city they are going after visa grant. Who knows we will see each other one day in Australia. I am from sydney and i have applied for my wife visa. She also a member of this forum but silently watching everyday whats going on...

I hv rang them today..same answer. The application still in progress we let you know if anything required. No time frame nothing. Just wait and watch I m sorry guys i m getting impatience now...can we do something to make a process bit quicker Thanks

Be positive man..that worries me to read abt jan feb visa still pending..we knew it depends case to case so always hoping for best. I think couple of years ago. It hust take 6months to get the visa done but most of the cases involved with kids which I think would be a positive aspect for them to look at in individual case. I wish immigration could understand internal emotions and feelings of all of us and understand the situation that how hard is to be living a life in Susral without partners for girls..on the other hand living in Abroad in a circumstances where cannot do anything accept wait can make more confliction in all relationships related to you. :ssign14

Yaar Mine one is in May..but hoping if you guys get yours one first my turn will be sooner after that..I pray for you all bcz i lknow life without each other is nothing. DOL: 2nd May DOI: 2nd Nov In my case interview been done both side in same time Half n hour..lots are questions were same and hoping visa granted in end of December. But before that desperately waiting for your all ones been pending since march InshAllah you all will get a good news soon..good luck everyone
