Hi Jawad my wife's PCC was issued from KHI for 6 months - Usually PCC is valid for 1 yr (although it says 6 months) - However at the time of grant PCC was way over 13 months period but IMMi did not asked for a new one - Moreover my wife's first entry is not equivalent to PCC or either medical date - I guess it is a sheer coincidence and every case is treated on individual circumstances- Best of luck

Alhamdullilah finally visa granted - Applicant Female - DOL 17 Feb 16 - DOI 08 Sep 16 - DOG 30 Jan 17 best of luck to all who are waiting.

Enquire from FedEx Pakistan they got some fantastic offers - 10-15kg for about PKR 7000 better and cheaper than Pakistan post.

Hi All, First of all many congratulations to rehan85 and Dada555 - Best of luck for your future. @ZD87 @Tasleem @Ssyed I emailed them last week at immigration.islamabad************** and expressed my frustration that my application is over 11 months - After that they called my wife and conducted a short interview - pretty much general interview - verification questions like Names - DOBs - wedding dates - How we spent time with each other etc and then asked to submit Form40sp (I actually submitted additional documents in mid of Nov last year that's why very pissed off that why haven't they asked for this document at that time) that means they haven't checked my documents at that time and now after 2 months they realised and asked again) Anyways my application is 11 months and 6 days now lets see how long does it take.

Hi Everyone, Quick update - after my email to AHC they contacted my wife and conducted a short second interview which went good Alhamdullilah - further they asked for a document which I provided the very next day. Lets see hopefully some good news for all of us soon IA

Well to be honest 309 fees shouldn't be more than $3000 considering the time they have taken but I guess nothing we can do about it!

I haven't applied for visit visa yet...my wife's application is over 11 months now...I have emailed them and waiting for their reply.. Regarding CO - when you have applied for visit visa...you will be assigned with new CO for your visit visa application - ask your CO (either from AUS or ISL) to speed up your spouse visa application...this might help you in getting your spouse visa quicker...however it is my opinion based on my friend's experience mentioned above...Good luck

Yes rehan85 you are right....and I would suggest once you applied for visit visa and get in touch with your CO (in Australia) push him to coordinate with AHC ISL for your spouse visa...good luck
