Hi Nemesis, thanks for your good suggestion. But, actually what I said early is a fact and rule by the Chinese Foreign Affairs Dept and its affiliated organisations in overseas. I really cannot apply for a Chinese passport now, only stay in OZ until OZ passport, otherwise I cannot go abroad. Change of rules and short staff may be the reason as there is a generalised pattern of pending applications from June test onwards.
