Anybody know where i can find this? Ive spent a lot of time on the DIBP website over the years and Im sure Ive seen it. Just can't find it now!

Looking to transfer my current 457 to a new employer. Am I right to say 4 - 6 weeks from lodgement? Cheers

457 nominations seem to be taking anywhere from 1-6 months at the moment so it's difficult to predict when to expect one to be finalised.

Thanks Maggie. That is actually pretty insane its blown out that much. Doubt my new employers would be willing to wait that long given the position needs to be filled.

Very disheartening to hear!

Ive clearly wrongly assumed they would have a separate team (or person!) for 457 transfers as they are usually pretty quick and easy.

If all documents are provided at time of lodgement, 457 nominations applications to transfer existing 457 visa holders are given priority processing.

Thank you Raul. I assumed that may be the case. Cheers
