Is anyone know any alternative way ? Your help will be much appreciated Strange that you have been rejected. Motor mechanic is in great demand. Go for AAT if you like working for your present company, you will probably be given a favourable decision. HOWEVER, if you are eligible for points under 190, that is better because they process faster.

k2018rlcc
Just a question about the nomination, how will I know that the nomination has been approved? Is the nomination separate for the each of the visa applicants or if the company is sponsoring their employees on ongoing basis (few per year) they have their “permanent” nomination for sponsoring people? I am on same boat of yours. nomination & visa April 2016 Retail Manager worked for 25 months for same employer and still working. refused July 2018. Reason No manager needed.
