Hi Maggie, if Anyone holding BVE visa than experience is not counted. its true that visa you hold at the time is irrelevant.

Experience is not counted if we are on BVE visa, yes we get work rights on BVE.

Hi Mate, As per my knowledge on BVE visa experience is not counted, I could be wrong so it’s better to contact Immigration office or Immigration agent. I am on same boat of yours. nomination & visa April 2016 Retail Manager worked for 25 months for same employer and still working. refused July 2018. Reason No manager needed. Thanks

Hi Fiza read visa process times carefully. it says that 90% of files are assessed in 16 months.so there is no way that we cannot take any type of action. so just be calm stay positive hope for the best . i am waiting from 18months.
