I understand your frustration in this unfair situation, unfortunately there’s nothing to do in regards the visa 187 conditions and exceptions for you. If you are going ahead to dispute this unfair dismissal, you have to concentrate only on the work related issue but do not try to apply or spend money or time to get anything from immigration, unfortunately in this ocassion there is nothing either positive or negative they can do. Concentrate to get another job and start from scratch. Good luck

Hi Hesh, I was working for this company two years already when they gave me the sponsor. At the time of the PR granted (November) I am three years now. The visa condition is that you have to work two years after granted, so I have to keep working with them for two more years. For me is not a problem because I love this hotel and the job. Good luck for you

No, I’ve never submitted before

Good news for me today!!! time as follows: RCB applied November 2017 RCB approved January 2018 Nomintaion and Visa applied February 2018 Case officer opened file in October 2018 asked form healthcare check, English proof for my husband, police check and form 8O for all of us (we are three ppl) October 25th nomination approved October 30th asked for police check from my country documents presented in November 12th Visa granted November 26th 2018 total stressed time: 1 year! I am so happy and I truly enjoy my occupation. 5 star hotel Duty Manager. Planning to work there as much as I can wish everybody the best outcome and the most important, visa to be granted soon.

Is there any possibility to get the visa refused after nomination approved. Mine was approved 25th October, asked me for more documents, all presented one and a half week ago and nothing

She needs to give you a referral letter, then you fill the questionnaire. It ya to be a referral letter. Ask her about it.

I don’t understand why after approval they don’t give a straight answer for visa. I am on same boat as you. I got my nomination approved last month 25th asked for more documents everything handed over las week on Monday and nothing. I keep dreaming I’ve been denied and had to go back to my country. My fear is for my son, after espending 10years here is not easy to just go back.
