Hi mate, There is no such thing as bad to follow up on your visa application over the phone or by email but just bear in mind that you might not get any relevant info on the progress of your application.. Rcb Rcb lodged november 2016 and approved december 2016. Nomination lodged febuary 2017 and approved febuary 2018.
