For those of us still waiting excessively long time and have had our docs expire. I would say just get them done again, before CO asks for them. Though medicals can't be done again until after CO does ask for it. However by what Simarjot stated his PR was still granted with a 4 month expired medical. Mine was done in February 2016. As my Ma has told me , medical renewals are up to individual COs discretion.Ā

It's web developer, I am no idea if it's a low risk or high one, but it's on the removed list on 18 Apr's new policy(nomination was approved after that), I think it should be a high one.

Hi jas, i applied same in same dec2016 as cook from 457 to 187 and can some one plz advise me cook is high risk or low risk bcoz i dont know about it and what is svac

Secondary visa application chargeĀ (SVAC): is the charges you pay for your partner, in caseĀ u r unable to prove his/her english language requirement.

Occupation is never high risk or low risk. Its the country of your passport, that is high risk(HR) or low risk (LR).

It is better, you have knowledge about this stuff or your MA or employer might take advantage of you being naive.

No, it's direct entry, actuallyĀ the speed of nominationĀ wasĀ much faster than I expected, and I own a Chinese passport, any suggestion about it?

High risk means your country (not occupation)india, Pakistan, nepal , Bangladesh etc means high risk countries
