sam777 Posted March 29, 2019 Share Posted March 29, 2019 Hi guys dont know why but I usually have dreams that i were kicked out of Aus, stuck in my home country, got visa rejected; and always woke up in very bad feeling (afraid, worry,..) althought my normal life isn’t stress for me and i’m still happy day by day. I tried to give up on this forum few times ago cause reading this everyday just make me worry and frustrated. Sometime, i just feel not fair for us who are doing very hard to stay in Aus. And out there, I know many ppl doing fake marriage or just get pregnant as the way to Pr. sorry guys, just want to say what i’m thinking now. Don’t stressed out or worry about your case. I’m worried that they refuse the nomination and I end up wasting $hundreds for medical check. I thought majority of people get their nomination approved first and then they request some docs to access personal application. But after reading few posts from here, there is lots of cases like me. DE FROM offshore rcb approved in Feb 17 Nomination and visa applied - July 2017 nomination approved without any docs requested- 22 feb 19 Still my file shows recieved been more than a month and I believe they haven’t opened the visa as yet. payslip, Bas, medical afp, overseas pcc, and pte updated for my spouse as well before they ask. You can work but You must have to show minimum 38 hours as a Room Leader as per the 2 Years contract in Safe Side...If you don’t want any trouble than show 38 hours Room Leader Position in Pay slips. Yes, when it comes to DoHA everything is normal. 30 months processing is normal, not updates is normal, crazy reasons for refusals are normal.
