Hi all, For childcare workers (lead educators) - Is anyone here working as a Lead educator and 2IC (second in charge) at the same time in a daycare setting who have applied for RSMS 187 DE? Just wondering if is possible or if there is any problem accumulating two functions while on a RSMS visa? Thanks.

For how long the medical last? 1 year?

I’m waiting since August 17. Saw here at this forum that they have been through some cases from 2017 so wanted to know if someone in childcare had their case approved...
