  1. Hey Congrats for you!! May I ask you what kind of s56 doc requested in July even though you have submitted s56 in March? In my case, they asked me to do AFP and health check so I have done it. Also I uploaded my partner's English. I'm wondering what they could ask more? I dont want to wait another weeks to months until they ask more docs so want to prepare in case. Much appreciate if you can share. Thank you.
  2. Does anyone know if I can apply 186 DE ENS visa while waiting for aat? Tired of waiting aat and want to do 186 ens or 190. As far as I know, to do 186, have to go offshore so a bit hesitate to do. I am looking for the information about 48 section bar waived recently, if I can apply 190 onshore in WA. I cannot find anything about WA 190.
  3. Hi guys, Does anyone know what kind of document to be sent to AAT? From the employer side, what kind of paperworks they need to hand in to AAT? Also, I would like to know if I have to send my pay slips as well along with the contract paper that I signed?
  4. Hi guys I am waiting to hear some news from AAT but I feel hopeless after reading few from this forum.. My timeline is as below WA, cook 187 DE 1) RSMS lodged : FEB 2018 2)RSMS refusal : June 2019 3)AAT lodged : July 2019 My question is my agent told me 2 different answers about 2 years working condition. One person said “the 2 years period” starts from the day of lodgment of appeal so it will be July 2021. I have been working here for almost 3 years and by the time I win the appeal, it will be 4 years. So she said even if I leave after winning the appeal, the company cannot do anything about it cuz I already work more than 2 years. But the other person said it starts from the day of getting PR so I need to work 2 more years after I win the appeal. What are you guys thoughts on this? Anyone had answer about this from immigration? I would wanna call them to ask this but don’t wanna any trouble as well. My company is really dodge and the treat people so bad. Can we work in another place but in the same regional area? I thought RSMS is regional sponsor, so we could move to the another company? Anyone know about this? This place is killing me please save me…
  5. Hi Sad news. My nomination got refused. I'm going AAT to appeal but in the meantime, I would like to apply new visa like 494 if I can. Does anyone know if I can lodge new visa while under appealing for plan B? Please let me know, cheers. 2/2018 nomination/application lodged 3/2019 requested medical (status: received) 3/2019 medical done (status: received) 4/2019 requested AFP (status: initial assessment) 5/2019 upload AFP (status: initial assessment) 6/2019 nomination refused (I don't know the reason) WA, cook, RSMS DE
  6. Hi Does anyone know if I can lodge another new visa while I'm on appealing RSMS refusal?
  7. Hi Ravi. I'm in the same situation. applied Feb, 2018 medical requested Mar, 2019 still no new for nomination yet I thought it is rare case but after reading some posts here, it happens more than I thought.
  8. Hi I’m just like you. I applied Feb 2018 and they requested medical check Mar 2019. My nomination hasn’t finished. I’m worried that they refuse the nomination and I end up wasting $hundreds for medical check. I thought majority of people get their nomination approved first and then they request some docs to access personal application. But after reading few posts from here, there is lots of cases like me. (requested docs without nomination approval) Well lets see how it goes..
  9. Thanks a lot for sharing your case. Good luck to you:)
  10. It is the same agent and let me figure the rest out and get back to you.
  11. Thanks for your opinion. I didn't ask MA what was the exact missing documents cuz it was my colleague's case. I just heard what happened. I think I should ask my MA in detail.
  12. she applied Nov, 2017. Our MA said there is no problem with company and they have uploaded everything required. MA also said the reason for the refusal is missing documents so they double-checked but everything was uploaded but still immi people couldn't find the documents from their computer so they rejected. So I'm guessing maybe this is just technical or system problem, not a big matter from our company. Our company has been sponsoring many cooks and chefs for years and MA also worked with our company for years. So I'm sure MA knows what he is doing. Normally in this case immi would request further information from company but they rejected straight away. I think this is one of the unlucky case and makes me so frustrated because it could happen to anyone.
  13. Thanks Mark. I've done my medicals so fingers cross. will keep it updated.
  14. Right. But our MA said there is no problem with company and they have uploaded everything required. MA also said the reason for the refusal is missing documents so they double-checked but everything was uploaded but still they couldn't find the documents from immigration's computer so they rejected. So I'm guessing maybe this is just technical or system problem, not a big matter from our company. That's why I though I still have hope but who knows.
  15. okay its a bad news but still good to know. Thank you for sharing story. but is she rejected of nomination or her personal application? please let me know.
