I see your nomination has been approved. 186 DE has a much faster proccessing time and of your company monies are strong - I would stick with your current application. Staying that, I submitted my application and nomination 20th Dec and still no response. I'm a professional Civil Engineer, my industry has a huge shortage of skilled people and gov investment in infrastructure is only growing, especially after COVID. restaurant.manager Posted June 11, 2020 Share Posted June 11, 2020 One of my friend got 189 invitation this morning, he applied on 15th April, his occupation is Registered Nurse. Immigration only responding medical related occupations. What about others? They really don't deserve to get response? Their depression & anxiety getting worse day by day, most of them are getting mentally sick cause immigration hasn't responded even in the said processing time. My agent says that usually both nomination and visa get approved together. I did recieve a s56 request in May, 2020, so I know a CO has picked up my application.
