Surprise visit of course! Just as same as surprise call to the employer! The interview was about my job duties and what I have done since working for my employer. Some other questions cover my salary, how many people are working for my company, etc...basically it was all about the genuineness about my position. The interviewers also advised me that my application was on the way to be finalised. He said maybe another 2-to-3 month wait or even shorter...but now 8 months passed, no news at all! Hi Hilary, how you know the interview was regarding 186TRT not your 457? Did they mention about what it for? as I know department officer would randomly monitoring 457 applicants and their employer by request documents, and/or occasionally visit applicants's workplace to verify their position. They mentioned almost the same to me as well while they did the interview, however, keep waiting till now.
