Hi everyone, I have been a silent follower since I started preparing for the PR application.

Just want to share with you all that my PR has been granted today with the status change to Finalsied directly from Receievd without being asked to provide any more information or document.

Got the call from my MA this afternoon about this.

Timeline and details below:

Nom / PR application submitted - 22 Nov 2107

Nom / PR approved / granted - 30 May 2017

Marketing Specialist / DE / on-shore / LR

I have my short holiday starting from tomorrow that was scheduled a few weeks ago, and receieing the good news today has already made it one of the best holidays. It’s going to be a big celebration.

i know it doesn’t make any sense the timeline and do feel for those who are still waiting for a long time. I believe you will also get the good news very soon.

Good luck everyone!

Congratulations mate you are very lucky .

enjoy your PR

It should be within the sbs approved date.

could u plz explain me...I couldn't understand

It should be counted one year from the date your business sponsorship approved.

for example if your business sponsorship approved date is 15-5-2017

you must pay all training benchmarks by the end of 14-5-2018.

if you got MA please ask them, they are the one’s who can explain clearly.

thank you

AAT also take ages. Currently on the website it said 449 days. But I saw one member in the forum submitted AAT Nov 2016, submitted requested docs in March 2018, AAT's result in May 2018, but lucky that no hearing needed. I think this is a very rare case.

All options take time, money and little hope ahead

Tania,

Thanks for the reply, Appreciated. We are planning to go for AAT at this stage, not sure what will be the outcome!

Hello
Everyone
Any one have changed there status assessment in progress to further assessment.
Have any idea what r they doing
N how long they take to finalised the application after this status
As it was changed last month
N I did not hear any thing from them

They are assessing your file and nobody knows how long it takes. Its on a case by case basis. Could be a week, could be a year.

Mate how come these officers are granting the one applied in jan 2018 and from October 2017.

when they say trt timeline 12 to 13 months it should be the same for every one.

dont know what’s happening but feeling nervous and worried and sick.

tried to concentrate on other work but end of the minute mind and thought going towards PR.

well thats none of us would be able to find out the truth. But, based on my research on this forum and talk with my other mates and my experience .. there are a lot of factors. some of them are based on your visa subclass, your occupation, your passport as well. my friend applied chef 190 in feb 2018, she just received the invitation to apply last week. another friend applied 186 direct entry for some unusual occupation, he got granted in less than 3
months. My another friend applied 186 TRT chef in august, he hasnt heard anything. and based on the spreadsheet, have a look and judge yourself what occupations got granted very quick and what happened to cook and chef...

Ooo I actually have a question, what do we think - when our apps are received, do they sit in one big database which can be accessed by any processing center, so we don't know which is going to process ours until it's allocated? Or do they get allocated to a certain processing center's database meaning some people can be at the top of the pile quicker depending what processing center their app is with?

It really doesn't matter that much, just wondered it randomly and thought I'd add a different question into the mix

Mate look at the spreadsheet last year most of the cooks and chefs got approved within 6months of time.

now it’s taking time.

i think they randomly picks up the files.

lets hope for the best, all the best to all who are reading this post.

everyone please pray for all of us, I just did and now your turn, some prayers have more power.??

They will almost certainly sit in one database which will be fed into a CRM of some kind. As for the other questions im really not sure. Its almost random enough to suggest that ha.

Most likely priority express lanes or workflows will be set up based on certain criteria in my opinion. Think its likely they work on batches of occupations too as it could  be more efficient to process a sugar load of the same job through that way. I can certainly see the benefit and that would explain some of the randomness. Each pese is working on diff batches of occupations at any one time maybe.
