I applied on 12 May 2017 TRT Marketing specialist all documents were lodged on that date full list with medicals etc. For my visa application they asked only police check from overseas because I was there before 2 years ? they didn't asked for police check from Australia even it was expired on 2nd of March 18. My file is now in process opened on 29/3/18 The immigration officer has requested for my ENGLISH LANGUAGE result. I sat my PTE in MARCH 2016 and as per the Pearson policy the result stay valid for 2 years. My question is would immigration accept my expired score sheet for my file? as I’m told that DIBP do take upto 3 years? PTE have advised me to retake the test as they won’t disclose my old score to the department. Would appreciate your feedback on my enquiry at your earliest. Vince Tran Posted April 2, 2018 Share Posted April 2, 2018 (edited) Hi guys, For my Nomination, I have provided: - Invoices for training benchmark from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2017 - 2016 & 2017 Balance Sheet and Income Statement - All BAS from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2017 - My personal bank statements shows my fortnightly income since 2014 to 30 June 2017 (3 year working fulltime) - All payment slips since 2014 - 2017 - Member Statement for super since 2014 to 2017 As DE will take 10-15 months to process, I assume that I will have to provide additional documents regularly till a Case Officer is allocated ? Is that right ? Im using Aussizz Group as my MA and the guy doesnt tell me anything if i need to provide new docs to him to upload on Immi Account. I saw another same occupation from May got his PR from the sheet. And one of my colleagues who also loadged in May (same occupation) got her PR last Thursday. Funny story my mate who applied as an accountant in May-17 texted me on the 1st of April that he got his visa approved the previous day. I thought of a not-so-funny April fools, until he sent me the confirmation email. They were working during Easter long Weekend!! Why they didn't ask for the Medical back in Feb when they asked for the Police Check is beyond me! I also have to do ANOTHER police check as the once I submitted at the end of Feb did not have my middle name on it! Double check everything guys before you send back. 16 Months waiting now!!!
