Application lodged with ASPC 30th Aug 2007 Initial Ack 12th December 2007 Case Number 4th April 2008 Case Officer 2nd May 2008 Form 80 returned 8th May Meds sent 6th May 2008 Police Checks sent 16th May 2008 Not heard a thing since so biting our fingers. We also have put our house on the market expecting a long wait to sell but we accepted an offer last friday so need to have things move on really. Our agent emailed us this morning asking for an updated passport picture for one of our children, apparently requested by our CO, so at leased we know he’s looking at it. Guest datum1m Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 Well it was only yesterday that I was saying the CO wanted a passport picture and today we have absolutely fantastic news our VISA is GRANTED, what a shock after all this time. I wish the best of look to all that are still waiting and am sure it won’t be long until you are feeling like me, which is completely ecstatic. Now that we have the visa can anyone tell us what we need to do next? Can we fly straight out to Australia and get our visas validated or do we have to go to London first to have them evidenced? It would be nice one day in the future to meet with all the August people in Australia and see how our life’s have changed. Anyone know how long Cheers Hulder Hi Dere, Medicals take 2 months to clear through Sydney.
