embassy
We're planning on Sydney and hoping to go at the tail end of this year if all works out. I'd love to go to Perth but unfortunately we have a better chance of employment in Sydeny. Oh and the wife has family there! :skeptical:
IndianSpice
Dear all, MOC had asked for development assessment of my 2 year old son because he had not started speaking. I got the letter from MOC on 1st jan 2013. We finally submitted his reports on 20th feb. I wish to know if MOC will consider our documents from the date they had asked for additional docs or they will keep us in the Feb waiting group ? Also the specialist pediatrician mentioned in her report that development milestones of my son were delayed though there were no signs of disorders like Down's syndrome etc. I am assuming the penal doctor would have graded my son as 'grade B'. Is there anything to worry about regarding visa outcome ? regards
wendylewis
I don't think anyone can confidently answer your questions regarding time scales. Some were referred in October/November and some in January all getting their Grants the same week. We had our medicals 5th Feb - all got Grade A but it's stuck with the MOC and we don't know why. Our case officer can't even say which one of us has been referred or whether its a spot check. Think the time scale depends on the visa applied for also

biaraz
Hi Biaraz, I am currently based in Abu Dhabi but I belong to Islamabad. I also applied for state sponsorship for western australia. Infact will be heading to Perth once I get the visa. I dont know how much time you need to spend in OZ to be eligible for the citizenship. ALHAMDULLIAH I am earning good money and very happy here. It will be a very tough decision to leave this job and go to OZ without any job in hand. I just think that we both will get the visa somewhere around the same time INSHALLAH Hello, hey any news any update??

RosDi
I would like to ask about? We did our medicals on 28.03.2013 but there was no change on our e_visa for a week and remains “organize your health examination”. Anybody have the same problem? Is that mean our medicals are referred?

danuty2002
Hi,I have seen during this thread that some people can see if their med referrals have been cleared. How can you find this out please? I believe that they are waiting for other kind of visas, the former ones before July 1st ( 175, 176). Regarding what you wrote earlier, like I said, I was told that they got to Dec 20th, but I hope that during the holiday were not so many cases referred and hopefully we will hear something soon. I hope that you get your visa as quick as possible because that means that they are assessing Jan 11th  All the best!
