Hi Martina, I have one doubt. For VIC state sponsorship via 190 for a registered nurse (Critical care & Emergency), you need to have 2 years of exp in your nominated occupation, does this means that the exp. has to be from VIC only or it can be from overseas as well? I have 70+5 points for my 190 EOI for VIC which I submitted on 9th August, 2019. I have got in total of 4.2 years of exp. in my nominated occupation but that is all from the overseas. So, will I be eligible to get an invite from the state? Thanks!

Hello, I had my ANMAC applied on 16th April, 2019 and the results came by 17th May, 2019. So, almost 1 month of processing time. Also, I have 4 years of work exp from overseas and the funny part is after receiving the letter from ANMAC, one of my employer in India received a letter of verification of my employment and it was dated 29th June, 2019, So they did the check after sending me the positive letter for migration. On of my friend got a result after 2 months, so may be it depends on number of applications and if all your documents are up to dated or not.

No idea. I have also applied for 189 (70 points) & 190 (70+5) as Registered Nurse (Critical Care & emergency)-254415 in July, 2019. I read on other forums that this month's invitations are only 100. Not very sure if it's true or not since there is no official statement on this till now. If this is the scene, then may be DOHA is limiting the invitations and saving it up for nov/dec when the new immigration rules will come into place.

It depends on whether you are submitting the EOI for 189 or 190.

Hello, Yeah, Immigration rules will change in November and i can also get 10 points for being single. But I'm hoping I don't have to wait by then. So keeping my fingers crossed for this month's 189/190 invitations. I did my bridging program on visitor visa and came back to my home country as soon as it got completed. So. I'm really hoping to start working in Aus as a RN at the earliest.

Hello, When did you submit your EOI? Also, I guess Registered Nurses scoring Points for PR does not go more than 75 unlike occupations like accountants or engineers whose point exceeds 80/85 mark. So, does this mean registered nurses who are having highest point also stand a high chance of receiving an invite than those RN who have low points?

Hello Martina, No, I have 70 points for 189. I have put EOI for 190 as well for NSW as I stayed there during my Bridging program. I hope I get an invitation when the immigration will take out the invites on 11th of this month. Also, any idea when the respective states take out there invitations. I'm expecting I will get from NSW seeing my 70+5 points. Fingers crossed.
